Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó por la falta de corrección dentro del término establecido para ello.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el razonamiento presentado por la actora no superó la carga argumentativa especial que exige el recurso de súplica, por cuanto este no se dirigió a cuestionar el auto de rechazo, sino a reafirmar los contenidos que presentó en la demanda iniciada.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ.
